Where can I get some really great Vegetarian Buffets in Trondheim ? I went to Mat fra Hagen and it was fantastic. Any other choices?

There's no buffet as far as I know, but Bangkok Cafe and Namaste Norge have great vegetarian menu options.

You could go to the thai place at the top floor of trondheim torg. They offer both meat and vegetable dishes.
