Gustavo pizza guy?

Does anyone know where the pizza guy from Gustavo is now working? Sadly they changed their menu and ditched what was, in my humble expert opinion, the best pizza in town. As much as the Gustavo staff is cool and their menu is great, I would love to know the pizza chef is working elsewhere.

Carlos is working at the new 600° Pizza Slice Shop near Hansa. Great fkin pizza.
