Doing the bare minimum is enough if you do it long enough. I started counting calories and it changed everything. But don't start with only 1,200 a day. Literally, start with like 2,000 and see if you can count your calories for 2 weeks. See then if you can bump it down to 1,800 calories a day.

Its the baby steps. We cannot climb a mountain in one step. We must take little, careful, baby steps so we do not trip and stop the journey.

You got this. I know, as someone who literally had the EXACT stats as you a year ago, it can be so daunting. But you CAN do it. You can.

Remember that your worth is not determined by the number. You are more than your weight. Focus on being better than who you were yesterday, and do not compare yourself to others. You got this. ❤️

Admissions Result Moritz College of Law Application

I sent in my application on 11/30. It has said it is complete and ready for review for the last month. I am not sure if I should be worried that I have not heard back yet, or that it has not been sent into review?

Any advice would be great.

To be honest, I would just go to a makeup store (I went to Ulta Beauty and had a really good experience) and ask one of their employees about what you want. Normally, the people working there are very sweet and understanding of first time makeup users and will know exactly what you need!
