Are the M8 bikes a clear step forward in reliability?

M8 doesn't sound like the most reliable thing out there especially for the price they command

Close Your bleeder valve ,hook a a hand pump vacuum bleeder up to it , one hose for go from the bleeder to a cup that sealed and the other hose from the cup to the hand pump pump the vacuum up then cracked later valve open shut it before you lose all vacuum, then repeat till bled

Use a mityvac hand pump vacuum bleeder To vacum bleed the brakes

I will say the stock seat leaves a lot to be desired I have a Mustang touring seat with a driver's backrest, I believe also saddleman makes a seat a driver's backrest a which is a game changer

Seems kind of silly to send that much suspension parts back over 60 bucks but anytime you do a return always take a picture of the items in the Box before you pack it up so you have some proof

Wow 15 in shocks that's pretty crazy currently running 13-in Legend Revo A's but I got a pretty good deal from somebody who bought them new and and then sold their motorcycle before they installed them, so far I definitely like them especially over the stock shocks on my 14 1200

Same mirrors on my 2014 , 1200 c but have 10" mini apes on stock risers and no problems with mirrors

Also Mustang touring seat with driver's backrest or settlement seat with drivers backrest or the two options that make a big difference on a bike like this and some 13-in rear shocks

I have the same mirrors on my 2014 1200 custom and I can see just fine but I've also got 10 inch mini apes on the stock risers and have zero problems with those mirrors

Might be an okay trade but it's probably somebody's ragged out bobber project that's uncomfortable to ride

The internal transmission gears are the same the difference is in the primary sprocket and gears and your pulleys and you can change that

Isn't the gearing just the pulley size? And a few modifications along with a hammer performance 1275 kit will definitely wake that thing up

I have a 1200 Sportster but also have a frame mount fairing, full size saddlebags and a tour pack a Mustang touring seat with the driver's backrest and some Legends 13-in shocks made a huge difference

I believe that settlement sea is available with the driver's backrest if you order it with one if that is the case do so it's a game changer I believe that seat and the Mustang touring seat are the only ones off the shelf available with the driver's backrest
