Ah yes how terrible to ensure people have a place to live. Its not like average rent is 50% of minimum wage or that living in a cheap place means you've money for food. And sure 100% very low income wouldn't be good and 10% isn't enough. Especially when all the fees are waved until the dwellings are occupied... that worked so well with Kendall Yards.

I'm not convinced its as good as they are selling it. Builders get priority and it includes apartment, multiplex, and duplex but only 10% of the build have to be very low income...which is kinda the whole point.
