It not as hard as it look. The only thing I had problem with was getting the screen off the og shell but honestly YouTube video and a repair kit at Walmart was a way to go

First time toke me 2hr to take apart and put together second time took me like a whole 1 and 10min. It get easier when you get familiar with the console and get more comfortable

Are you using the charger that it came with? Sometimes mine won't connect if i accidentally use the wrong one but that's only happened twice

My brother had a same issue and he send it in and they charged him $200 and he only had it for a couple weeks at that point but he was super careful with the switch 2
