I’m literally saving this, cuz I hope to show my husband that THIS could be the answer. He has awful sleep apnea and he’s never even went for a sleep test. I’ve just noticed it every night cuz I sleep with him. He snores almost always, loud and hard. Rough long pauses, gasping, I have to kick him or move him to get him to breathe again cuz it’s been too long, turn over the whole 9. But this man refuses to do anything about it. He’s also not overweight or out of shape. He’s actually quite fit for an early 30s dad of a 6 year old. He had broken his nose 3 times and has had one surgery to fix a deviated septum. This poor man been through it, but also don’t want to fix it..?
Anyways. Thanks for this. I’m sending you all the strength I can for you and yours. This too will pass❤️
