How can we protest the library hours, this is ridiculous. The rec cen has more hours than the library. I thought it would have changed by now but it’s week 4 midterms are here and we still have the library opening at noon.

I have been under the weather for about the fourth day now. I thought I was starting to feel better, but now since it was insanely hot today, I am feeling feverish again. On top of that, I need to complete several ALEKS topics because I felt too terrible to complete them earlier in the week. Now I feel insanely stressed. This is all because people in lecture were too selfish to not come to lecture when they were sick even though the professor always supplies the slides on Canvas. They could JUST CHECK THE SLIDES ONLINE instead of turning my week into literal hell too.

Whoever decided it would be a grand idea to take my grapes out of their container AND NOT EVEN EAT THEM but still took out my Trader Joes PB&J oat bites YOU WILL BE DEALT WITH. This is not an if, but a when, and I know who you are. If you don’t want smoke and to just forget this ever happened, either return the PB&J bites to the fridge (or pm me) or cashapp me for the inconvenience so I can buy new ones. So let me talk about my situation as of current. I have 8 classes and 2 semesters left (not counting summer) for finishing up my major. I'm currently talking ECON 136B, 137A, and 100B which is really taxing already. I honestly really do not want to do summer as I will have to waste more time here and also spend more money on rent. If you were in my shoes would you take WINTER (Econ Elec, Acct Elect, 140A, and 136C) and in the SPRING (Acct Elec, 134A, 118, and 101). I am honestly not sure if it's doable and I've already accepted that my GPA is going to go way down. Please let me know what you would do in my shoes.

This quarter I have been going to INT 86GG- Identity & Art, and the first two times I was reasonably able to locate the course between the two rooms we met in. However, I came a few minutes early to the third meeting and both doors for the rooms we previously met in were locked. I did not have any contact with anyone else in the seminar and did not know how to contact the professor hosting the seminar, so I had no idea where else to look. There was also another student in the seminar who could not find where we were meeting either. I got marked absent for this meeting as a result, and now I'm concerned about not passing a seminar in my first quarter because this happened. Also, when I check GOLD the room for the seminar is listed as "TBA," so I could not simply check that to find the room. I was wondering if anyone had similar experiences with discovery seminars, or might even be in this seminar who would know where I was supposed to go this week.

I deadass was biking home and suddenly everyone and their grandmother decided that it was a good idea to go running on the bike lane. I even saw a mom pushing a stroller and her like 5 year old kid right next to her that I almost ran over because I had another group of runner in front of her. Hi I’m a student looking to be apart of some social clubs. I was invited to be on staff for snow club but I’m not really sure if I want to do it… don’t get me wrong everyone seems so nice but they definitely go really hard. Does anyone have any insight on being in staff? Also is the all cal worth it?

I honestly have no clue how I missed the deadline I genuinely just thought that it was much later than it was. I’m looking to transfer in from SBCC for Econ. I have a 3.44 and try to do as much as I can on the UCSB campus, I also ended up being staff on a new club at the school last year. I just want to know how low my chances are of making it in.
