He has to wear glasses so he doesn't accidentally poke his own eyes out. He can't help himself.

I've met Gane and tried shaking his hand but instead his fingers automatically went into my eyes.

I dont know why people talk so much shit about Gane. In real life he's a fun to be around goofy guy.

Funny story but i actually met Gane while visiting Rome last year, i think he was doing a commercial for Adidas or whatever. I wanted to get a photo but while we were trying to take one my baby boy started crying and i kid you not, right then and there he pulled his fingers out and stuck them in my kids eyes.

It didn’t affect the outcome of the fight at all when it came to Justin vs Ilia.

The damage done was entirely because of punches.

I’m not saying he didn’t do it, i’m saying it had no affect on how the fight played out.

Ilia still wouldn’t get past a jab.

He would still get caught with the uppercut.

He wouldn’t be able to stop Justin’s onslaught.

I never said that it did change the trajectory of the fight, but it certainly has had an effect on how other fights of his played out. For me personally, the first Fiziev fight is where I stopped liking him and then him against Paddy was ludicrous.

Realistically he should be beating Paddy all day long, so why eye poke him and then take advantage of it by doing the most damage he did in the whole fight? One of the dirtiest fighters in the sport
