Question Precooked rice bugs
Hello! I used rice bags from aldis for my current grow. I had 6 bags but 1 of them was contaminated by BUGS! I never had it happen before and I've used brand name uncle bens before. It shocked me so much I didnt even open the last bag I had. I tried googling about it but all I kept finding was rice weevils in dry rice/grain. I just want to figure out if it was my direct fault, like i missed something while sterilizing or inoculating or SOMETHING. Or, if it's like a manufacturer error and something I have to look out for...idk how but I will definitely look for it now lol Any info will be greatly appreciated.
Also. No I don't have a pressure/rice cooker. I am a small casual grower who works A LOT so unclebens and neglect tek are my current methods :)

I see you have a question! Have you read the official cultivation guide?

That is something you don't read every day. The bag was buggy before or after you opened it? Or to be more exact, did you notice the bugs when you opened it to knock it up or later after it was knocked up?
There is a family of fungal gnats that live off mushrooms but to have that come through a syringe seems like a near zero possibility.
