It's the only episode I have never re-watched. I just can't do it.

Same! I have to skip it every time. On my most recent rewatch I was distracted by my puppy at the start & as soon as I realized which episode was on I panic scrambled for the remote.

It's a great episode. But it traumatized me and I can't do it again.
