Time to start the freshman QB

with the season as is I don’t understand why we keep playing these old QB’s that obviously can’t throw or move an offense. Why not move forward with one of our freshman QB’s and actually try out the talent that we pulled in. shocked they haven’t put Goodman in just to see what he can make of our receivers out there. receivers are actually pretty good, all I’m seeing are bad passes- why not actually develop a future qb1 at this point

Throwing a freshman into this situation, with this O-line, will only hurt them

Yea but at this point I honestly think Goodman would be better than what we’ve got out there. Let them prove themselves a bit if anything yk

Hurts to see the offense struggle like this right now

I genuinely think Brosterhous has looked decent. I expected what we got out of the Utah game regardless of who was at QB. The Washington game he looked great. Let’s get him in a game where we expect to be competitive and see how he holds up before sending in a kid to get destroyed

He’s also a grad transfer though. When do we decide to show some faith in one of these top recruits that we have? Would love to see Goodman actually come back instead of leaving w transfer portal tbh

And what if he does show promise? Who’s to say we could keep him from bigger NIL spenders from better teams next year? But that is my doomer Aggie showing through. I think we give him some 4th quarter garbage time minutes to get a feel of the field and do what we can to retain him for next year.

I mean the best example of it going right is BYU’s Bachmeier. Would love to see if we have our own version or better
