Even better, it's going to be two big volumes long in total! So it won't take up a ton of shelf space and it'll show off all the panels beautifully

Wish it happened more often. Omniscient Reader, tomb raider king, and solo leveling are the ones I’ve managed to collect only because they are so mainstream. But my favs will never get physical releases :(

I feel the same way! Surviving Romance has a physical release but it has yet to release one in English.

As someone who has all the original Bizenghast volumes I’m so happy another one of her series has gone to print!

OH WHATS THAT ONE??? Is it also horror? Cause I LOVE her horror stuff

It's a gothic and Lolita (fashion) inspired comic in a similar vein to Stagtown, though Bizenghast is more heavier on the supernatural elements. It was a hit in the 2000s and it's sooooooooo good, if you enjoyed Stagtown I think you will enjoy Bizenghast too!

It is! It’s about a girl who can see ghosts whose forced to go to a graveyard every night with her best friend to solve the problem keeping the ghosts still alive in a weird nightmarish otherworldly dimension. Theres a few omnibuses out for it that came out a few years ago.

The ending is a bit rushed cause it was supposed to be a 14 volume series but it only had eight, the publisher declared bankruptcy in the US at the time and she was given one last volume to wrap everything up, still I think it’s satisfying!

STOP there's a physical version?? Omg I have to get it ASAP. Stagtown is one of my fave comics... I wish I haven't gifted my Bizenghast copies from the 2000s, otherwise I would have had a full shelf of Punko creations rip me

It's a really, REALLY good horror/mystery series with a heroine who isn't a moron and monsters that are actually scary.

Ok so if you aren’t a fan of Cinderella Boy, that’s fine, I get it, but Stagtown is SO GOOD, the horror and mystery of what’s going on is PEAK and just when you think you have a clue BAM Punko pulls the rug out from under you. GENIUNELY a good read.
