Self-Promo How realistic do you like your webtoons?

How do you feel when webtoons include realistic/familiar UI elements or apps? I as a creator love making mock screens. As a reader, do you enjoy the immersion, or prefer webtoons to feel separated from the real world?

I love the trope of drawn cartoons/comics featuring real life recorded media. Like, a cartoon has its characters watch a real movie and its literally just a scene from that movie, not drawn or anything

So yeah Id be ok with you having the wikipedia ui be realistic, though itd be funnier if the guy wasnt drawn and it were just a stock image

If it's set in the real world, then I don't mind real world things showing up and would even prefer it to be more realistic.

If it's not set in the real world, it would depend on whether the "realism" fit whatever setting it is taking place in.

That is a good point!
