i was outside making an email then i saw this on the ground,This is my first time seeing it. i thought it was a snake but something like a worm. Any idea what is this??

Wife spotted this dude in our yard.

My grandfather was an artist at the Dallas Natural History Museum throughout the 70s-80s. He just died and we’re going through his art, I’d like to know what kind of snake this is so I can maybe ID it in the framed piece I’m hanging. It’s probably a north Texas snake but I can’t be sure, any help would be great! Thanks!

Saw this online, the creator's bio said he was from Kennedy, TX so I am making the assumption it was shot near there because it said he was at a worksite. What is this? Someone said gaboon, I said "Hell no. Lemme go to the experts at reddit."

I thought it was a checkered keelback snake. And I left it undisturbed . Your thoughts?

I live in NE Georgia, US (Augusta to be specific) and was cleaning up some cardboard next to my couch in my living room and just stepped on this guy. I'm freaking out. How did he even get in? Did it lay eggs? I'm not going to be able to sleep. He was a baby, probably like 8 inches. Was very upset and attacking the pooped scooper. Please help.

This guy was visiting today. We are in south Lake County Florida. I saw a much larger one a couple years ago in the same area of the yard. I assume it is a black racer or rat snake and am glad to have it. The ID would help me assure the other half that all is well.

Went to put on my shoe and I felt something in my shoe. Turned my shoe over and this guy came out. It all happened pretty fast.

Around a foot in length, spotted close to China border, Northern Vietnam.

Is it possibly a young Boiga Cyanea?

Came across this little guy on the trail yesterday, after two hikers stepped over (and almost ON) him. I could have easily picked him up with my hands, but instead, I gently lifted him with my walking stick and moved him off of the trail. Anyway, I'm just wondering what species he is. Google says that most of them in this area are Great Basin gopher snakes. Do those overlap with Mojave gopher snakes? And if you wouldn't mind, can you please tell me how to tell the difference? TIA

Working at the plant and found this guy at the bottom of a probe

I have seen an increase of snakes like this on my property. I have toddlers who play outside often. Should I be concerned?
