'slop' always meant soft mud or body waste, the word is pretty accurately describing the fact that the tier list isn't supposed to make sense

Of course there's some stupidity but it looks more like a random distribution than explicitely fine tuned to make no sense. For example france spain netherlands norway sweeden germany are >A
Israel, india, greece, mexico, brasil <C
I personally think life in china is horrible but all my chinese friends say it's good so I'll trust them to say it's correctly placed too
There's obvious outliers like US in C and Switzerland only in B, Japan in A, but most of it can be credible
