Nah, Polish is the snake language. Imagine all the szeleszczące liście and chrząszcze w Szczebrzeszynie.

Okay milking venom is... Odd to say the least. Especially from underside and not fangs or other pointy part which would be used to insect venom. But at same time, I gave ants bone pistols for arms so who am I to tell you to be realistic lol. But back to point: WHY do they milk venom? Do they just drink it/spice food with? Capsaicin is technically poison and humans use it as spice. Or it's more like drug (whether good kind or not)? Or any other reason? I'm curious!
And lastly. Is Ragbone in Poland (in your world)? I can see the signs are

Gratowisko. I like this name for some reason! And yeah makes sense that it would be called milking. In english word "milking" relates to milk specifically, so it sounds odd. But in Polish milking (dojenie) and milk (mleko) have nothing to do with eachother so again, not strange they'd call it as such

After closer inspection I am even more convinced this is either AI generated or has been run through AI. Zooming in almost every area shows inconsistencies typical of AI

To me it's the eyes being uneven on the bug and the extra leg in the front and the linework that make it seem AI. I hate to say it since I think this is cute but it does kinda look AI. Could you post an early sketch or something of this piece to make us feel better? It's so hard to trust these days.

Honestly, I'd rather not point out what gives it away and help people make IA less easy to spot

At this point I am pretty confident you generated this with AI and I don’t want to give you pointers as to how to make some more believable fake work

Humans find a way to turn it into safe drinkable milk, as nothing is stronger then a humans determination

Assuming the lil dude milking it is a goblin, how big is it, or how big is the goblin?

Noice. So from an evolutionary viewpoint, how'd the caterpillars get to be the way they are? What do the original/wild specimens look like? The selective breeding had to start somewhere. How big were the bugs to begin with?
Were the venom glands always on their belly? If yes, why? What preyed on them to produce that trait?
If on the bottom, would some sort of "patch" be more evolutionary appropriate instead of retractable glands? Like how frogs will excrete toxins directly through their skin? Not judging your work, just spit balling ideas.0

I am not joking. Several elements look a bit fishy which made me suspicious
A link to a deviantart where this work doesn’t appear doesn’t really prove anything

Do the giant caterpillars eventually turn into butterflies? Are there other giant bugs in this world or is it just this one species?

Is the venom purely a paralytic or does it also have medicinal properties? I can see this heavily diluted venom being a really effective painkiller

... i am disgusted and also hoping that strangely cute creature is well cared for and happy with its arrangement.
