In order to give any meaningful recommendations, it would be helpful if you could define what each of these elements do and how they can be mixed.

Added some further information, hopefully that clarifies some, but in essence, if you can make a good* argument why a specific element does something, it probably can, both physical or metaphycal.

I'd like to see about expansions on each element and the justifications, like, which one has light, which one has lighting, which one has metal, teleknesis, etc.

I added some clarity on those, hopefully it helps!

I really liked these divisions, I'll probably include some of those when I make a elemental system.

Certain associations leap to mind.

🔥 Fire/Light/Life/Celestial>Shadow>Spacemage

Have you thought of something like a Flux-Tensor Mage [Flexspell] who can manipulate spacetime curvature and bend photons, light, and space?

One of my Uncongraphian Magiscience-wielding characters I named Energo Fluxspell.

As your Celestial could even expand to gravity and black hole portals, naturally leading to white hole ejection/manipulation as a Micro-Macro Yin-yang in a Yin-yang object in a cross-dimensional mechanics system.

Naturally, Flux-Tensors can be thought of as spacetime Ley-lines, and you can even connect them to magnetism, hence electromagnetism, and so you eventually get atmospheric Ley-lines.

Original Ley-lines are in the earth, hence geology > organics linking the whole system. Yeah, I used Ley-lines in Uncongraphia but not as forefrontally as you are. In Uncongraphia, The White Mountain Range. In the White Mountain Range Witch Coven occult, I had Henges with a sacrificial altar, all positioned at a ley-line meeting point where the Coven would meet for ceremonies and rituals.

I Yin-yang in Yin-yang juxtaposed this in Uncongraphia the mysterious drifting continent where Vorkane Mortspore {a Dark Star overlord, Dark Star is my primordial cosmological malevolent race, contrasted by The Order of Astron their positive counterpart} - anyhows, in Uncongraphia I finally introduced the nature of the Henge stone monuments by having a Henge as an interplanetary/Intercosmic travel console which is essentially an ancient portal technology of the Dark Star whereby they use Physiware languages to activate the space between the 3 trilithons instantiated via the languages then walk through and subsequently traverse spacetime between the planets.

This isn't revealed until towards the end of the book, though.

Water 💧/Blood>life>death/Plants

Or you could change nature to organics, widening its remit and simultaneously locking plants/animals to wild/plants/geology/oceanic-hydro/, but under one umbrella term, then choose something to replace Wild/animals or plants. It doesn't matter which, since Organics can cover all of those.

Then you could add Atmospherics as the other complement to Organics, giving you access to air/cloud/wind/mist/vapour/aurambience, etcetera.

Just some preliminary thoughts on how you construct your base system.

Depending on which base form descriptors you use, you can interlink a wider chain of elements.
