I mean they both have a single glowing blue eye, but that’s about it

and kind of the color scheme.. but that's also it.

And similar silhouette … but that’s really it.

And the same famous wow rule 34 artist pumping out content featuring them, but that's really it

Sylvanas has said the shadowlands isn't what it seems. In all likelihood the Shadowlands was created by the Titans.

I hope they retcon shadowlands in some way and fix the lore, characters deaths dont even have impact anymore

Why? Because a afterlife exists? Even if we only look for the 4 covenants we got of the possible thousands that could exists, 3 of them basically delet who and what you are, and all of them usw most deaths as some kind of fuel. It's not like we can visit every farmer that got torn to pieces by gouls.

They literally are in the process of doing this… the real afterlife is still and will likely remain ambiguous. Those brought to the shadowlands were basically just cogs in a machine that recycled souls and operated in a similar way to an afterlife.

We already got the best thing about the shadowlands fit into normal lore so they can do whatever they want

I mean, not just sylvanas, I’m pretty sure there was a broker manifesto that very much implied the same thing and that the titans are definetly up to something.

I guess when you hang outside planes of existence you get a good view of everything going down I guess’s

Unless they retcon all of SL lore, the titans are not tied to anything related to the Shadowlands.

Titans are the pantheon of Order and the Eternal Ones (the faction leaders in SL) are the pantheon of Death.

Based on SL lore, the 6 cosmic forces and their pantheons were created by the "First Ones" or the "Progenitors". They are the one that created Oribos and all 6 "Zereth".

Was it ever explained why the Jailer was an automaton? Was it just the arbiter with delusions of personality?

Even during Shadowlands people were speculating that the First Ones were actually the Titans and that they had “colonised” the Shadowlands and set up the Eternal Ones as the equivalent of Azeroth’s Keepers.

They wouldn’t need to retcon anything at all, just build on all the evidence that’s been there since Shadowlands

I still hold the theory that titans are not naturally beings of order and it was the first ones that 'ordered' them. The titans have carried on this goal by ordering others like the dragonflights and have been trying to order azeroth who has been resisting.

I think it’s inevitable that we find out that World Souls are naturally neutral and Aman’Thul, as the first to awaken, has been lying about them being inherently Order aligned.

Now the question is whether Aman’Thul was made to be Order by the First Ones, or something on his planet caused him to be naturally infused with it and he invented them as a cover

I really hope that thing is stomping around like the Fel Reaver in Outland

I feel like this is exactly what they were going for. A modern felreaver but bigger.

What if his inside has a central hub, traveling through northrend (so we dont go to dala again)

Everything is coming together as The Jailer intended. All according to the master plan... /s

IMO it’s more accurate to say that Oribos and all the First Ones stuff from SL looks very Titan-coded. Given Sylvanas’ recent lines I think blizz is going to drop that the shadowlands we saw are actually just the corner of the death realm the titans ordered. Sort of like the emerald dream

Does it?

u/good_guylurker 2h ago

Weren't the attendants just bald moustached guards?

What you wanna bet we are going to destroy the robot with the dormant naxxramas still floating in northrend.

Solid copy. Hit em hard boss

Probably just something Mimiron built

1

u/greenegg28 2h ago

I mean, I guess? But like, not really?

Both kinda just look like robots.

It has the dark heart in the middle. Xal'atath's endgoal was to become a mecha and she finally won.

I think this indicates that the legion just reverse engineered Titan tech, this is basically a blue Garothi Worldbreaker. I don’t think they’re affiliated with Oribos.

1

u/Soggyslug27 2h ago

*crawls inside* Well this massive monster is obviously forged, "Titanforged" By Mimiron. He is a Titan Keeper after all, and The Clockwork Gnome's insane level of advanced 'constructs" is unmatched by any Tinkerer or Engineer on Azeroth. It seems he either Worked on this while we were away, Or he had it waiting in the wings so to speak.

My bet? This one climbed or was deployed from Engine Of the Makers in Storm Peaks!

It's all according to the jailers plan.

u/Hoenn_Enjoyer 1h ago

The Titans ordered the Shadowlands. Oribos is actually a weapon, a cosmos wide reorigination device. Primus is a titan

These are attacking the shores of dornogal. You fight one during a weekly quest for TWW

I would've said the same if a Ogre with one eye had glowed and was perhaps a size of a Gronn.
