What an incredible experience! I made the trip up to The Wyoming Dinosaur Museum to finally get a chance to see this gem. It's quite a sight to behold.

Why do the rockies abruptly split at Wyoming?
I was looking at Google Earth casually, and then I see this massive chunk of Wyoming that looks like its either naturally flat or has been flattened out by the state's heavy mineral extraction economy

News Remember your Forest Service permit if you’re stocking up on firewood
Happy “prepping for winter season” folks! Don’t forget your U. S. Forest Service firewood permit.
Bighorn National Forest is $6 / cord with a 4 cord minimum.
Shoshone National Forest is $7.50 / cord with a 3 cord minimum.

Versus a $5000 fine if you don’t have a permit.
You hate to see that happen to a neighbor.

Abandoned house!
Hi everybody! I’m currently on a cross country road trip and skirted through your, frankly; stunning and vast state today. My husband and I stopped at the Hat Creek Stage Station on US18/CanAm Highway.
Can you tell me anything about the house across the street? We wandered over to it; it appears to be an old gas station maybe?
Anybody who knows anything we’d appreciate it! It was a cool find for us! Greetings from Massachusetts!
PS
Your state is awesome.

What happened to Reid Rasner Facebook account?
Aw man I’m honestly kinda bummed he deleted his facebook account. The things he’ll post to grab peoples attention were so ridiculous. I’ve never seen anyone so hyper focused on gender neutral bathrooms lol. I really enjoyed reading the comments. I guess the internet finally bullied him a little too hard lol.
