In one of Xavier's pov he leaks darcy's sketches to the whole Solaria because he thinks her drawings aren't that good. But then he sees everyone praising her and her art even the people on Faebook so like is her art actually good or it is some spell??

So I just read the new ZA book and this is a direct tory quote from the book

"Well, not everyone follows their partner about like a well-trained lap-dog, Darius. That’s just a you thing.” Roxy gave me a taunting smirk".

Is it just me who doesn’t find this funny or cute,but incredibly nasty thing to say to your partner? Idk why the twisted sisters are ruining their relationship and turning darius into a tory lapdog. I love them,and their relationship was so good till book 7,but ever since it's a downhill,it's like darius lost all his charm and he has just become a shadow. Their dynamic was always them being equals, initially this sort of banter between these 2 would be funny, but after everything they went through together,her saying that comes across as very cheap,idk i just didn't like it.

I have three hundred pages left of Fated Throne, that I set down in May and haven't picked back up yet. I needed a break for some lighter summer reads, and now I just want to finished it. But the huge book, I love them, but they are a slog.

I wish there was a recap I could read, from where I left off. I don't wanna DNF, I must finish the series!!

Genuinely what was this entire book?!?! And I don’t mean that in a bad way, I mean it in: my entire heart was yanked out of my chest, crushed, ripped, and then stomped on.

I was actually shedding tears at work while finishing it and now I am reading a different book to clear my mind before starting the tandem read. If anyone is interested, I’m reading Whispers of the Deep by Emma Hamm and it’s great so far!

Am I the only one bothered by Tory's behavior?

After rejecting Darius, she went off to sleep with someone else, while Darius, despite being heartbroken, went to help save Lance and Darcy.

What bothers me isn't her rejection of Darius, but the fact that she didn't go to help her own sister, despite everything she says about how important Darcy is to her.

Did anyone else find this strange?

I know it says discussion. Idk if this would could count as a fancast but if someone knows plz tell me and ill change it. But i was getting ready to go to bed so i could wake up early since my sisters is a big Bratz Fan. Both of us are not doll collectors. We both just get what catching our eyes but she been one bratz fan since she was younger. Anyways! Back to my point. I was going to get her the new Bratz x The Craft crossover. And i remember the two dolls she had as a kid that i would take and play with my TMNT toys (im a guy) so being the nice younger brother i am, i was going go try and get it for her.

So why i made this whole thing. Was because i remember the two baby bratz. And i see them being Tory and Darcy. Just add a darker tan to them. And i feel like its Tory and Darcy. And i feel like they would be Bratz girls. Yes i know they in foster care and wouldn't probably have name brands toys if they stuck in a home. But if they got to pick it would be bratz since in my opinion it would fit them.

So anyways here what i see Tory and Darcy as toys.

I’m reading the second book in the series and I cannot stop laughing at the part where Ryder Draconis calls Leon Night a “Hakuna matasshole” 😂🤣. What’s your favorite line or scene that had you in stitches?

Off the top i am a straight 30 year old male, so I am not the target audience. I friend loves this book and recommend them to me starting with ruthless books.

And I can say my only complaints was the pacing, and a character chapters were too long after the three books.

But going from that to this has been interesting, really showed like how out of loop the twins.

My biggest problems are two things.

Too many people are bullying the twins. Having 4 elements is like omg. I get they are siding with the aires but too many people are just praying this to dont learn their power because omg yall are fucked. [Not really a problem in book 2 but book 1 i was like yall are all so dumb.) Like how are they the bottom of the peaking order.

And the worse is I hate darcy and Lance.

Dark fae the romances made sense as why she wanted each of them, but this feels the most random. Like they have nice moments but it feels rushed and I dont understand why they like each other besides they like each other. Like at this point I dont see besides looks what they are attracted to.

And I am guessing they are endgame but just really struggling with darcy chapters because it all feels

"I am the nervous twin, I like lance" and its just getting boring.

Hello everyone!

I am a first time reader, I’ve followed the suggested reading order of ZA 1-3, RB 1-5, ZA 4-7 (with the short stories in between, I didn’t read the awakening as told by the boys after 4 bc I didn’t want to go back to ZA 1 all over 😅)

I’m now on 8, & was planning to tandem read 8 & 8.5 because I’ve seen that recommended often but I was talking to a friend who’s read the books and they told me to not tandem read, as it will have spoilers. So im curious, should I or not tandem read? Should I just read 8 then 8.5?

Let me know your thoughts for a first time read through!

Thats it, thats the post. Just finished book 6 and WOOF I need a break. Simultaneously need to see how this ends but also hate the emotional torture and real anxiety this is giving me!

I've been saving up for them cuz they're hella expensive, especially since shipping isn't free for me and as well as import fees.

I love this series, I re-read it so often, it’s just so nuts and funny and I hardly see people talk about it. I also love the Harlequin Crew but Rouge pisses me off 😭

I am a new reader and want to get into this series since I've heard so many good things about it, and I already know this is going to be a hell of a world and I will have a good time. But THERE ARE so many books to keep up with, it's a big time commitment and I want to make sure I have a fun time reading them.

So, I want to make sure when do I read ruthless boys? Many say after ZA-3 but I hate leaving in between a series and switching, that too for a 5 book series 😭. So I want to just get RB over with ig before starting ZA ? Is that a good thing and will it enrich my experience? Has anyone even read it in this timeline way where they read rb first and then go to zodiac? If yes, then please tell me about your experience and all thoughts and opinions are appreciated too!

And...one more thing, I know rb is placed 5 years before zodiac and dp is placed 5 years after. And these are recommended in the reading orders but what's sins of the zodiac series tho? Is that connected to Zodiac academy in anyway?

After nearly 2 years since I finished book 7 I will be attempting the tandem read for these 2 next month. I’ve read sins of the zodiac so I have to finish this series!
Any advice? Can anyone recommend the best way to do it?
Also I don’t know if I’ve read this wrongly but doing the tandem read do you skip some chapters as they repeat info?

I’m not sure if this has been discussed but there is an incredible amount of grammatical errors in these books. I’m no pro, but extra words in sentences is the biggest thing I notice. Or like for example in one book (not specifying for spoilers) we’re in a male characters room and they’re describing the setting and it says “the sheets on her bed”. There’s nothing that makes the books difficult to understand, but I have a hard time recommending these books to others because of this.

EDIT: I didn’t know these were self-published, that makes a lot more sense!

I just started reading Zodiac Acadeny last Tuesday and I am already on ZA3 planning on reading RB next BUT!!

I just found out about the new covers and edits (i know i know im behind on that info its been out i missed it) I am ok with the cover changes but do the edits make that big of a difference in the writing??!? Will I be missing something big? Will it feel weird? Is the editing just Bad Bad? (Ive read enough online werewolf smut i can suffer through some BS) so far ive only read the new releases am I going to feel odd with old editing with the books not out? Anyone who has read the previous and new editions and can drop their opinion would be super appreciated.
