We made a tidy up game set in a pop-up book with 5,648 papercraft treasures and 500+ unique hand-drawn items. No Gen AI
We have created Folded Fables: Tidy Up The Dragon Hoard... a tidy up game set in a pop-up storybook. It is like Paper Mario meets Librarian.
Your fable begins when a dragon challenges you to organize 5,648 papercraft treasures and tally every last item. Level up and unlock new skills along the way in this Tidy Up game. Play solo or tidy up together with friends.
Our game contains no generative AI content. Some people may specifically wonder about the art used for the items because tidy-up games need a lot of unique items. We are using art from two of our games: Crusaders of the Lost Idols and Bush Whacker 2. Each and every one of the 500+ unique items in Folded Fables was drawn by one of our artists over the past 14 years.
Many of the in-game pieces, such as the pop-up book sequence, started as physical paper models before being recreated digitally. Even the Folded Fables logo was physically hand-folded with paper before being photographed for use in-game. If you want to know more, there are a bunch of behind-the-scenes pictures and videos on our Discord.
Throughout the creation of this game, I've often said that it is a labor of love. But looking back, I think it's better to say this game is an expression of love. It expresses my lifelong love of pop-up books and papercraft. It also reflects our love for the studio's unique art style, sense of humor, and the incredible games we can make together. It also reflects our love for video games as an art form, and how they constantly evolve into new genres, such as tidy up games.
Our goal was to bring these threads together to create something greater than the sum of their parts: a beautiful game where people feel happy, relaxed, and calm.

I rebuilt my cozy floating island management sim based on player feedback! Here's the new trailer 🩵
Hey everyone!
I'm a solo indie developer working on The Borderless, a cozy island management sim where you build and decorate your own floating island, welcome visitors, go fishing, swim, throw parties, enjoy various activities, and create your little paradise in the middle of the ocean.
After receiving a lot of helpful feedback on my demo, I reworked the building mechanics, UI, visuals, and overall gameplay experience.
Here's the new trailer showing how the game looks now!
I'd love to hear what you think! What would you enjoy doing most on your own floating island?
The Borderless has a free demo on Steam if you'd like to try it:

I'm making a little garden game that grows with the real weather where you live. When it rains outside, it rains on the sill 🌧️
Hi! I'm a solo dev making Moonsill, a little watercolor garden on a windowsill for your phone.
It follows the real weather where you live. When it rains outside, it rains on your sill: the jar fills up and every pot gets watered, so rainy days actually make your garden grow faster. Sunny days help things bloom, the window changes with your season, and the moonflower only opens on a clear full-moon night. Nothing wilts, nothing dies, and nothing nags you.
It lives on your home screen too, as widgets: the whole sill, the rain jar, the sky and whoever's visiting (a frog, a snail, a sparrow).
Free to try, and $3.99 once unlocks the whole garden. No ads, no energy, no subscription. The iPhone beta just opened (link in the comments), and Android is coming. (The video is about a month, sped up.)
What would you plant first?

A little order in a magical mess. The free Wizard Jars demo is out now!
Hi everyone! I’m the solo developer of Wizard Jars: Tidy Up Together, a relaxing organizing game set in a rather messy magical apothecary.
There’s something satisfying about watching scattered ingredients find their shelves and an untidy shop slowly come back together. Along the way, you’ll help customers find what they need and unlock useful upgrades.
You can settle into your own sorting routine alone, or invite friends to help bring a little order to the shop.
The free demo is now available on Steam for Windows:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/5387770/Wizard_Jars_Tidy_Up_Together_Demo/
I hope you enjoy spending a little time in the apothecary. Thanks for taking a look!

Hi everyone! We’re making Berry Busy, a tidy-up game set in a little garden.

[2 player] A cozy take on hide & seek games! Hide everyday objects around a Mediterranean island, then watch your friend search for them and give them hints along the way. No pressure, no timers! (DEMO ON STEAM)
Hi! This is "You'll never find it!", a cozy hiding game for two!
Steam page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5035780/Youll_never_find_it/
Like other hide-and-seek games, creativity is a big part of finding good hiding spots. But there are no countdown timers, neither during hiding nor during seeking.
If your friend is struggling to find something, you can simply give them a hint and help them out.
It's also designed to be a game you can chat through. You can take your time, talk while you play, laugh at each other's hiding spots, and simply hang out.
Thanks for checking it out! Let me know if you have any feedback or ideas!

My squirrel travels between trees by hot-air balloon
This is from Evergrowing, a cozy adventure I’m developing about a squirrel and its growing tree home.
Balloon trips take you to other trees, where you can help a farmer, grow fruit, and put out a fire to rescue a builder.
There’s a free Windows demo covering the opening part of the adventure if you’d like to try it: Evergrowing on Steam

[Developer] I’m making Ravel: Golden Thread, a puzzle game about untangling woven looms
Wishlist Ravel: Golden Thread on Steam
I’m the developer of Ravel: Golden Thread. Each puzzle is a woven loom: look for a strand with nothing crossing over it, pull it free, and work your way toward the Golden Thread.
There are 200+ handcrafted levels across eight Norse-inspired worlds. The campaign works offline, hints are free, and there are no energy meters or waiting to keep playing.
It’s coming to Steam, and the page is open for wishlists. Here’s the cinematic trailer: https://ravel.gg/assets/trailer/ravel-trailer-1080p.mp4
Disclosure: the artwork and music are AI-assisted. The puzzle levels are handcrafted.
