Yeah it's AI if you go faster and finish earlier it knows that in you can handle more and will increase your workload.

I don't get 10 hour garentee so I usually just always take at least 8.5-9 hours to finish my route no matter what I get. Unless I really want to get out early on a specific day for some reason.
