27F, some recent artwork. Looking for some long term friends to get better at art with and even do some studies and practice together on vc. My main inspiration is art from gacha games such as Arknights, Nikke, and zzz.

•Mainly looking for people that have or close to an anime style. And just like anime in general.
•Okay with suggestive content.
•Help critique each other work ( so no beginner artist unfortunately 😔)
And also does digital art ^^

Basically someone that really wants to improve their art and draws a decent amount 😅 feel free to dm if interested

Buddy Wanted I want to start creating art (digital, mostly.) at the ripe age of 17, but i have the drawing ability of a toddler.

It seems that every time I want to start a project, I think about what to do with it for hours, and I get stuck deciding what I want to do. Still, when. I also go look for references or suggestions on what to do, I end up with discouragement, disappointment, and the lasting thought of "I will never be able to do or provide anything good in anything creative" until I give up. I have come to realize that this has a term, and it is called "artistic envy"; I have yet to even attempt to do anything with art (+ anything else in my life outside of my comfort zone or that requires more than an hour to learn and improve). It affects more than just art in my daily life, and it feels hopeless. What do I do?

Buddy Wanted Seeking Art buddy to improve!

Hi y'all! i'm a 32M writer/hobby illustrator looking for skill growth minded individual to push and keep each other accountable in their art improvement journey. I'm opened to giving and receiving constructive criticism. Added bonus if you also write, then we can talk writing and art! (Wholesome art only, No NSFW) Anyone 20yo+ welcome!

I'm trying to get into more semi realistic manga/anime style art. Style is nice, but only if there's technical substance behind it (which i have yet to master🫠)
I still need to build a portfolio, but i'm active on Instagram. DM for handle!
