Would recommend seeking preventative antibiotics today. 50-80% of cat bites get infected and the infections can progress rapidly. Facial infections are scary. Also need to make sure your tetanus boosters are up to date. Best wishes.

Added: Might be able to use telehealth for an antibiotic Rx and you can update your tetanus booster at a pharmacy (in the US) if needed.

I live in eastern europe, it's hard to go see doctor before monday, i also used triple antibiotic ointment on the wound, will that be enough or should i go to pharmacy and ask for something better that don't need prescription? I got tetanus vaccine dose in July 2021 and doctor said to come after 10 years for next dose.

I did mention that cat wasn't alone outside but i didn't mention that he wasn't vaccinated, my younger sister commonly gets scratched or bitten by him so can we exlucde rabies for now?

Do I need to see doctor doesn't matter what? Or just wach out if infection spread?

Hello! I am not a doctor, but I ended up in the hospital for almost a week from a cat bite. It bit me on the wrist and I didn’t seek help until the next day. The infection spread rapidly, and I had to be monitored closely. They were prepared to do surgery, but thankfully it never came to that. Please listen to the above advice and seek help today if possible.
