31M Can anyone give me some advice why I have enlraged spleen(first time measured 15cm 3 months ago by routine abdominal ultrasound) and low platelets since 2019? Not one doctor even a hematologist could give me some answer here. They suspect platelets are low because of that, liver is fine. Had in april 150mci RAI to destroy remaining thyroid cancer. What can I do here, can’t live my life in fear, I’m tired..

I understand this is scary. A lot more information is needed to help you. Who have you seen before? What other medical conditions do you? Do you use any substances including alcohol? Do you have any symptoms? When were you diagnosed with thyroid cancer - what type? Any family history of autoimmune disease?
