Legal Lawyer question?

got a knee injury i a communal physio class bu the hse and hurnmt my knee as the exercises were way to much for someone that was in bed for 5 years after covid. the day i hurt it i told her. and the next week i told her my knee is swollen and double the size so I will only stay till they usually start the exercises. She the turned around and said today we will do things differently and start with the exercises. I was still motivated by her to participate in them eve if I do 1. But also said no one is forced to do any of the exercises, but as you're being motivated in a group of 10 you feel a bit forced to try especially if your being told the pain is in your head and you should push through it.

So will I wait for my appointment as I had a scan that confirmed a tear or talk to a solicitor. I tried emailing them 2 times. I filled in a form in june where they asked for a review. I told them everything then emailed Pals and only after a 2nd email to pals requesting my documents from them I got an email that they will review my situation 2 days ago. Still no correspondence.

Suck it up, buttercup. People get injured all the time, the problem is when everyone tries to monetise it.

Unless she came over and kicked you in the knee I'm not sure you have a great case. If your knee was that swollen had you sought medical care between classes?

You knew you were injured, you were expressly told you were not expected to do the exercises.

So will I wait for my appointment as I had a scan that confirmed a tear or talk to a solicitor.

Appointment with whom? I can't see you having any reasonable claim given you got hurt then did nothing about it then went out of your way to hurt yourself some more after being told it was your choice.

Were your emails written in much the same way as this post?

Youre talking about trying to litigate against people who are trying to help you, since you can't help yourself. They're obviously trying to make sure you're not completely bedbound for the rest of your life due to 'covid'.

Sincerely, I hope your bed explodes.

You are an adult. Stop trying to blame others. If you're in pain, stop.

You're expected to take some responsibility for your own well being. If the exercises hurt then stop doing them.

You yourself admit you were told you weren't expected to do them and you did them anyway.

If you felt any kind of peer pressure that's entirely on you.

Absolutely dick move to try blaming anyone but your own bad luck for this.
