[FEAR/F.E.A.R.] Aside from Alma, what other threats has F.E.A.R. dealt with?

The intro of FEAR 1 establishes that the group was established in 2002 - but the game itself apparently takes place 2025. However, I don't remember any previous cases FEAR has worked on ever being mentioned (although it has been ages).

Do we ever get any info on that? Are there even other major threats they faced?
