I need urgent advice

My four year old cockatiel bird is going through a molt. But the molt has been VERY heavy (no patchy or bald spots) she's eating less, moving less and she's in awful pain especially from her left wing she gets episodes where she screams so loud jerking her wings especially left one in pain those episodes happen even if she's trying to sleep it happened today and yesterday night. She's not been injured hit or anything feathers look healthy she's got two new wing feathers already kicking in but the pain is unbearable to her when it hits and it's out of nowhere she is reluctant to fly since it sometimes hit while flying but she preens stretches and uses it normally otherwise idk what to do I'm seeing the vet tomorrow but I need to understand what's happening as soon as possible. We have a budgie with polyomavirus but she rarely interacts with her and doesn't present her symptoms.
