I am facing a problem because of my bullshit thoughts. They lower my confidence and affect my perspective on the world. I can't avoid having these kinds of thoughts. The problem I am currently facing in my life is that I judge people based on very weird things. By the way, it doesn’t mean that I judge all people in the same way. I guess it's happening when I try to judge people who are close to my age. I always tell myself not to judge anyone or care about others. But my subconscious mind always does the opposite. One thing guys, Im a teenager and has everyone faced the problem in that stage of life?
