Minor spoiler of the games content.
I've goofed off with the moon jump glitch (infinite jump glitch) in the past and wanted to share some things that I discovered about the Divine Beasts with this glitch.
Naboris and Medoh: despite moving around in the overworld, with the moon jump glitch while in these Divine Beasts and the ability to jump higher and higher, I discovered that Naboris and Medoh aren't actually moving. Instead, the camera is moving around the area while Naboris and Medoh are actually not moving. Another thing that I discovered about Naboris is that when far enough, you can't control him anymore with the map. Medoh will also void you out if you moon jump too far. Medoh can be controlled from a far distance though.
Ruta: Ruta has a weird aspect to it depending on what you do. This happened to me once, but with the moon jump glitch, if you already have enough shock arrows before you arrive at the domain and start the part of the quest where Sidon tells you to go to the East Reservoir, something strange can happen. I don't know why this happens, but sometimes, when Sidon tells you about the orbs on Ruta's back, the orbs just don't appear. Then when you try to fight Ruta, the orbs won't be there for you to shoot. For me, I did a simple reset and that seemed to fix it. Now when you're inside Ruta, there is no void out trigger if you go far enough with the moon jump glitch. I decided to moon jump all the way to Naboris, and Naboris was very low-poly. I decided to let myself fall and ended up falling through the floor and into the void. Now, this is a glitch that some of you are familiar with. If you let Link fall through the floor for hours, he will slowly get more distorted. Also, if you get far enough from Ruta, it will despawn from now only the world, but the map as well. If you move his head open for one of the terminals, it will stay loaded and the same goes for his water. Interestingly, you can still move its trunk even when far away.
Rudania: You can't start the fight early, because there is a barrier that reaches to the height limit of the game. Nothing to special happens when doing Rudania's quest. But when you get inside it, things change. When moving Rudania from side to side, Rudania's model also decides to move side to side. However, death mountain also decides to move side to side to give off the illusion of Rudania moving. Another interesting thing is that when you moon jump high enough, you can see that Hyrule is completely gone. You seem to be loaded in an area that's similar to the shrines. Like Ruta and Medoh, Rudania can be moved from a far distance.

Side note: I don't have pictures for moon jumping out of Naboris and Medoh. Sorry
