Nebraska had this and then Indiana remembered they have a really good WR. I am not sure if Nebraska is good or not, but they looked good until it felt like they could win.

Hoover missed a lot of wide open guys in the first half. His inconsistency means if he stats good you know he will end bad, but if he starts bad you know the switch will flip at some point.
