I understand giving him a few games. Let him stretch, get a feel for it, etc. But that should always come with the expectation that there are results. 

The only result Kevin Kane is apparently capable of is allowing the other team's punter to have a week off.

IMO Odom gets one more year, but only if Kevin Kane gets tarmac'd the next time we watch one of these implosions.
