Discussion Your spiritual beliefs religion

Hello I think there’s no topic like that here
My dear fellow cancers, I’m interested in your beliefs? Are you spiritual or not wasting time for this kind of stuff?
For me, I’m rather on the dark side of the story. Now tell me yours! 🔮✨

Question? When did you realized you evolved (Or started to)?

Ello fellow Crab folk 😘

I'm a 25F Cancer/Scorpio/Sagittarius, and have always wanted to ask others under my Sun sign (or even everyone else!) have you had a moment where you stood back and realized you've grown or evolved? It could be something as small as breaking a bad habit, or as big as finally breaking free of a toxic personal cycle!

To answer my own question for those curious, I've noticed a few small growth moments as well as a couple big ones. In my teens, I was extremely clingy, had an itchy attachment style, and often sought out what I thought was love from all the wrong people. And a lot of my evolving as a Cancer was really just realizing my self worth, upping my standards a bit more realistically, and improving my emotional regulation.

Unfortunately a Bipolar depression diagnosis knocked me on my ass at the start of my 20s. But here I am 5 years later in an extremely cozy relationship with a very articulate Gemini man. I still do struggle with my intense emotional regulation, but compared to how unhinged I was as a teenager? I'm blessed 😭

I went from crashing out at every little thing, and smothering people with affection to being more observant and reserved. Down to earth and somehow I have more charisma and good jokes than I ever thought I would.

I'm done yapping now, tell me stories!!! Blessed and cursed ones welcome 🤗

Question? Cancer moving on quickly breakup

Just wondering if Cancer women tend to move on quickly post breakup? My ex says she is ready to date again(someone else). Or was she just making me jealous? I told her I still loved her and wanted to work things out. She was the one who initiated the breakup a month ago.

CancerTheCrab ♋ Rejection. I can’t with it, does anyone else struggle with it?

As a cancer, I feel like I truly struggle with rejection. Any form or even hint of rejection will cause me to spiral into self pity and leads me to believe that I’m not a likeable person, and Idk why it bothers me so much. For example, I have a friend I reached out to, to see if she wanted to get the kids together at a certain park and let them play, and her response was that they were literally just there the day before and that if anytime I wanted to join them, they are always there on Saturdays. Her message was not malicious, didn’t come off rude, and she even thanked me for inviting them. But it still feels like rejection lol. Keep in mind we just seen each other a few days ago, so it’s not like she says no often, in fact, this is the first time she has ever passed on hanging out, so maybe that also plays a part? I know that my reaction is also a self reflection of me though and I’m trying to figure out why it causes such emotion. I also have not been rejected a whole lot by general people, but there were times that those I loved most rejected me in some form and made my self love diminish. I love my friendship with my friend and I don’t want to let my ego destroy that. Any cancers have suggestions to work past this? I know I am loved, I know my friends like me; but why does it bother me so when someone tells me no? Also, she says they are there every Saturday (I’ve known that) but she also didn’t invite me so it feels like she is extending invitation to be nice. I would never just show up somewhere uninvited, it’s not how I roll. And although she did technically invite us, it also wasn’t an invite.. why am I like this? Lol

Opinion An observation I've made.

One thing I've noticed repeatedly, and quite often, is that July Cancers tend to be compatible with April Tauruses, while June Cancers tend to be compatible with May Tauruses. ❤️

I feel so seen with this. I've seen a lot of mention of a Cancer's cut off game, but it's really not a game, it's completion.

CancerTheCrab ♋ Discord/Chat channels for the sub?

Upon seeing the discord link in inactive, is there another one that everybody migrated to? And if not can we make another one or a chat or something? I don't have a lot of people in my life that understand Cancerian matters or thoughts and I'm just looking for people who can relate that I can talk with. I'm down to make one if enough people are with the idea. Mods delete if not allowed.

CancerTheCrab ♋ I love being a Cancer and the fact that people do not like us.

Im a Cancer and I'm always hearing stories from different signs about their experiences with other Cancers, it's almost always negative. We are so disliked when it comes to astrology, everyone says we are "sensitive" and "too emotional" but I genuinely wish that other people felt things the same way we feel. As a fellow a Cancer, it's true we ARE emotional and intense but that's what I've always loved the most about myself.

Since I was a little girl I've always been emotional, I use to always question and even judge myself for being this way until I found comfort in it. Not everyone has the ability to feel things in such a deep and profound way like us and that's okay! I try my best to empathize with signs that aren't compatible with us like fire/air signs, but I've came to a conclusion that they just don't care the same way we do.

I mesh really well with earth/ water signs, my mom is a Virgo, my bestfriend is a Taurus, & our relationships have always been very solid. We can come to each other for literally anything without feeling unheard, however I can't do the same with my other fire/air sign friends & family. It's just not the same, we all view things differently and we approach life with different perspectives. Like I said that's okay, but if you're a Cancer and feel as if you're too much for someone or too emotional or sensitive, just remember how rare it is for people to actually feel things like us. We are so unique, thats why people love us and that's also why people dislike us.

CancerTheCrab ♋ so tired of being done dirty in friendships/relationships

hiiii i just want to rant and maybe someone can relate to me and share in the comments how they deal w this? because i feel like it’s a typical issue for cancers…

so i think as cancers, we can be a very safe space for the people we choose to love and open up to… and when you get this from a cancer it is more often than not very genuine, pure and loyal. like i just feel that the few people i give this love to, i do it in a way that is very genuine and caring and aware of all the ways that makes them comfortable/feel seen/feel loved and appreciated…

but after a 2 year relationship with an ex who cheated and then gave me an std (lol) and then a 1+ year friendship with someone i just got super close to, like best friend and they said i was like a brother to them, just ended because they’ve become a shitty friend due to being kinda male centered and just forgetting about me because they’re a serial monogamist who can’t be alone (it’s fresh, so i’m currently bitter as you can maybe tell, sorry about that)

and again i’ve had this same pattern with so many friends before too. it’s to the point i question if im the problem. i dont really think i am? it’s always that i have an amazing reciprocal equally loving friendship or relationship and while i never stop putting in the same effort, the other person stops and i feel undervalued and disrespected as reciprocity becomes less common over time in these relationships and friendships. it really hurts. its just been such a long lasting pattern that im kinda over it and i dont know if it gets better or if theres something im doing wrong?

and i just had another cancer friend go through the same exact thing with her roommate at the same time. just getting done so dirty and idk it just seems like cancers love so hard and people rarely value that enough to respect cancers.

anyways thats all kinda just brain dumping but if anyone has similar experiences or maybe figured out this dilemma please share lol. hope u guys r well 😁🦀🫰

CancerTheCrab ♋ Any other cancer sun with - libra rising or virgo moon

Who’s your best relationship been with?
What was you like as a child?
What’s your pet peeve?
What were the signs of your closest friends?
What do you do for your occupation?
What is your ideal day in your ideal world?
How do you feel about being monogamous?

I’m all three of these but would like to know if there’s any cancers with the exact rising or moon like me? Or all three together?

FYI. This isn’t for cancers who don’t have any of these placements I’m doing research on my birth chart so I want those who are the same :)

Then I’d like to see if we’re similar in any way from your answers ! :)

Question? Is crying inside bathrooms a cancer's behavior? Art by @meyoco

Post image
51 Upvotes

I've noticed that I've been crying inside bathrooms since i was a teenager and it's frequently when i have heavy feelings to be processed. I feel safe inside this kind of place, just like my room.

I'm sure it's a personal practice of mine, but i wonder if other cancers relate to it as well. Is this a pattern or not?

♏ Scorpio The beautiful butterfly’s that keep coming and going in my life

Scorpio Venus, Mercury, Pluto & Sun. Moon & Asc Capricorn. Mars Gemini. Jupiter Leo.

I’m here because although I’m with a Libra girl now and have been for a long while, I can’t help but reminisce about the amazing, instantly spontaneous good times I’ve had with Cancer girls, especially the ones who share Mars in Gemini like myself. Like literally it’s not uncommon for me to bump into one at a Hostel on my travels, say in some European city, and then the most unbelievable uncommon course of events unfold quickly which just never happens normally or with any other girl, other than cancers. For example day 1 meet, share a few words but not much, maybe hang within a group of people but not particularly having more or more interesting interaction with each other vs the rest of the group. Day 2 wake up late, hanging in the common room, she comes by, her friends set out early, she has no plans but she’s really craving pizza for lunch and is planning to go out soon, me and my friends have nothing on other than chill until a 6pm flight. She comes by again now all ready to go and looks at me and casually mimes “So you coming!?” Whilst waiving me to come, and I’m like thinking “ok ok sure, I guess, I kinda feel obliged now like guilt and bad for saying no, and plus I’m kinda craving pizza too now”

Now it’s the first time we are alone just us two, spending a whole freaking day together, like wtf, and yet it just feels natural and like with the flow, we just randomly make up the day as we go along, and somehow end up having sex in an empty dorm room at early check in to her next hostel followed by a deep emotional goodbye as I depart for the airport. Grateful and thankful that we ended up in the same city at the same time and got to share that day together, but also aware that this is the end and life moves on now.

What I just described is like one of many typical examples of what I can only describe as serendipity with Cancer girls (although not all ending in sex) it’s like as soon as we make eye contact for the first time there is an instant familiarity where they feel comfortable enough inviting me here or there, and I feel comfortable enough to come long. The small talk is skipped and it’s like just two long time friends doing stuff together, whether regular mundane life things or fun things, and there is no awkward silence as it just seems we are both comfortable with it, and both recognise silence is apart of the rhythm of normal interaction. And this is all within 30 mins of being otherwise strangers before.

For some reason this always happens when I’m between places and never met a cancer girls through a friend, or through work etc, I.e. somewhere where a relationship could develop long term. I keep thinking back to all the “what could have been” cancer girls I feel blessed to have met and had a great time with, but just wasn’t meant to be long term for usually external reasons out of our control.
