Advice Maternity clothes
Any tips on where to find maternity clothes in the springs that I can actually try on?? First timer here and I have no clue what size I'll be so I'm stressing about buying a bunch of stuff online that I can't return.

I had to buy all mine off Amazon.. I will say pants usually are the same size as your regular pants, just like I'll a belly band.

Only online from what I've seen 😭 do you know of a store in town that has an in store section? Cause the one on cheyanne and the one on union/academy both don't have maternity sections

They used to have a decent section at the Target off of Lake. Next to exit 138 off I-25 in the Cheyenne Mountain Shopping Center. I got a lot of my maternity dresses from there during my first pregnancy.
I haven’t looked in a while, so I’m not sure if they have it anymore.
Walmart off of Exit 135 on Venetucci and Walmart off of 8th used to both have pretty good selection of maternity leggings/jeggings and some maternity t-shirts as well. They also used to have great nursing gowns; I bought one that I wore both times in the hospital after giving birth.
Hope Walmart still does!

They don't have anything now, checked this past week :( Walmart only has like... Packaged leggings and stuff but that's about it it's so frustrating :(

Oh, no! 😭 That sucks so much. I’m sorry. Back in 2023 they had a good selection. My second pregnancy I had a better idea on sizing (also kept all my maternity clothes from my first pregnancy), so I could shop online. I hadn’t looked probably since ‘23.

The only place I had luck was Ross. And it was genuinely luck. Godspeed and congrats!

When I was pregnant, I just bought regular clothes and sized up as I grew. I never once bought maternity clothing. For pants, I lived in leggings and then bought belly bands to hide any extra belly. Comfort was what mattered for me.
Congrats, mama!

Khols and target were the only places I could find anything in person, old navy and Amazon have easy returns for online stuff at least

For what it’s worth, I bought my normal size small and maternity clothing and it fit me from the very beginning until the day I gave birth and I blew up lol

Thank you!! I lost about 100lbs in the past... 2 years or so, so I honestly don't know what size I am to start with, sometimes small, sometimes medium, but now all my pre-weight loss clothes are fitting in not the most flattering ways already lol so just having difficulty knowing where to start

Ingrid & Isabel over belly leggings from Target are your best friend, get three pairs. Probs a size small but they’re forgiving enough to make mostly anything work. I preferred those to any other brand. I got basic tshirts from old navy and Amazon, the three packs of side ruched tees were good. I also got basic tshirts from target because they didn’t have ruching and looked nicer if you weren’t wearing anything over it. They also look better when you’re not huge yet and can’t fill out the ruched ones, or at least that’s how I felt. Once you figure your size out, use Mercari or Poshmark. I found great nursing sweatshirts and sweaters on there!

Like, literally, in the moment need them. You said you don’t know what size you’ll be, implying you’re not that size yet, you change so much during pregnancy you’re not gonna want to buy a bunch of things you can’t or won’t use. But you’re welcome for the actual shop suggestions 😘

My clothes don't fit. I need clothes that fit. End of story, thanks. Yes I understand my body will CONTINUE changing, doesn't mean I don't need fucking clothes to wear today, but yeah. Thanks 🙄

Oh nice! So your post reads kinda like, you don’t know what size you’ll be, and honestly, I just thought you meant that.

I couldn’t find anything in person when I was pregnant! I even went up to Park Meadows. The best I can recommend is Old Navy’s website. I loved their maternity jeans and I found a cute black maternity jumpsuit in person at a Target in Kansas City. I was shocked to see how much of this industry has shifted to online!
