Only half of an arm?

I've been trying to plan a cosplay for a Power from Ultrakill, but I've been kind of stumped on how to do the left arm. I have a couple of ideas, but I don't really know which one would be best. I'm very open to any suggestions on how to do this (and for those who know, no, I will not be amputating my arm)

Image 1 is a render, image 2 is the concept art of the Powers, and images 3-5 are my quick sketches of the following ideas:

1. Extend the wing to wrap over the front of my arm

2. Have a black or blue sleeve. The black would kind of just look like the rest of the "skin", and the blue would match with the wing

3. Extend the gauntlet to just be the whole arm

Also, this is less of a concern, but how would I go about attaching the wing to the armor? If it matters, I plan to probably make the wing out of fabric, and the armor out of EVA foam.

Wearing a black skintights sleeve is the most common solution to this. You could also go for lime green if you want to green-screen it out in post.

If the blue cape thing is going to stick out like the render, I’d probably make a skin tight sleeve out of the same fabric to make your upper arm blend in. If the cape will hang down, do it in black, then your arm will kind of disappear.
