Don't think I've ever seen a Subway or any other businesses with a sign on the door that just said "toilets". Willing to bet this is faked.

Definitely AI. The wall covering and the words are real. Arrows were added by AI

Yup. Google images shows several pics of walls with this tile and lettering, but this is the ONLY one that includes the arrows. Which don’t match the arrows in any other Subway branding.

Toilet sign could be faked too. If it’s supposed to be in the US it doesn’t meet ADA standards, and it’s really easy to find real signs that do.

The power outlet the bug zapper is plugged into indicates Australia or New Zealand. The Toilets sign doesn't compromise any Australian building code I'm aware of.

Can confirm this is absolutely a normal way to label the toilets at a restaurant in Oceania.
