Hi, just looking for any recommendations for therapist on a lower budget. Thanks.

I got to a low cost therapist who is still banking hours towards their qualifications. She is beyond amazing and it’s €30 per session. If you look up low cost therapy in your area, you’ll find a couple of options I’m sure

Contact a few therapists and ask if they do low cost appointments, a lot of them do.
