GV Roasted Poblano strips

Roasted under a heat lamp.

*edited They roasted up pretty well, some got a little over done in the back, but I can say they are a solid poblano for flash frozen, kitchen basic brand!

Could be worse, could have been the fire roasted veggies that looked all black and disgusting

I am a big fan of fire roasted corn on the cob, with some Tajín, but I have seen some veg that have been straight up incinerated, lol
