Failed Expectation GV Roasted Poblano strips

Roasted under a heat lamp.

*edited They roasted up pretty well, some got a little over done in the back, but I can say they are a solid poblano for flash frozen, kitchen basic brand!

The look like bell peppers. Poblanos are dark green all around… Not dark green outside and then light green inside. Could just be the picture

Hmmm, maybe. They are spicier and more acidic than a bell pepper. And have a more complex flavor. It very well could be the picture.
