Plans are the same price as usual in QC. nothing changed. 35$ for 40GB which is way too expensive compared to Freedom, public and others

fizz changes plans randomly, you really shouldn't be counting on seasonal promos like other retail. just because there's an offer, doesn't mean there's an offer suitable for you.

they might have something good for you then, or they might have something better for you at some random ass time of the year.

the strat is to follow changes as they happen (watch for /u/myredditFizz's posts) and just switch whenever something better comes along.

And I’ve been dealing with fizz tech-support chat, absolutely abysmal, going around in circles, taking 20 minutes to respond, technician was already over and didn’t gather the required information before leaving and saying there was a problem on the fizz end, so I had to drive back to my mom’s place across town to gather the information for them

Hey everyone, jumping in to clear something up (yes, I do work in the marketing team).

The plan builder on the mobile plans page shows every plan available right now. Those are the exact same plans you’ll see when you change your plan in your account, and the same ones on the Black Friday page (the page just highlights 2 of them).

Plans do change over time, but when they do, they change everywhere at once. So wherever you look, you’re seeing the same lineup. Check the website often for updates.

You need to restore the RCS option without having SMS plan that your company removed. You have caused more pain and frustation for a simple feature that helped many business and people.
