My dog teleported

Before you say I am crazy or smth, my girlfriend saw the same. I was in my apartment with my girl and my friend chilling and playing some games. My dog was sleeping in the hall. Our position on the L shaped sofa was my friend and my girl on one side with the space between them and I was on the other side. My dog of 8 months woke up suddenly came to us and we called her to climb on sofa which she did right in the middle of my friend and my girl. I started making moves with my fingers which always attracted my dog to play with. But that's when it happened. In a blink of a second she teleported next to me play with my hand... I can deny all assumptions that I blinked or smth because it is a rotweiler that is heavy and not that agile even with 8 months. It is a heavy dog even now. I would see some movement especially that close to me. I was looking her right in eyes. All I saw was a siluethe where she went and felt when she smashed into my body, she also felt dog hitting her leg. In one moment you can see my dog on the other side of sofa in other moment, literally 0.01 sec she is next to me. And you have 1 or 1.5m from those 2 positions. My girl saw the same. We looked at each other and started panicking wtf just happened... It's giving me chills even now when I am writing

Holy shit it's finally happened to someone else. I thought I was batshit crazy.

A few years ago I'm sitting in the living room with my kids. My chair is positioned so I can see all three doors into the house, including the one closest to me, right behind my chair. This day in particular my dog was being.. well a dog. I was working on a reddit comment and she starts to bark to be let in. I was midway through my comment so I decided 'she can wait until I'm done'. She's barking, at this point, loudly at the door behind me with only the door separating us.

I finished typing, but then made the decision to not post it and I reached my hand back over my shoulder to let her in. Before I touch the door knob, the dog comes walking into the living room from the opposite end of the house with this absolutely bewildered look on her face.

My kid looks at me and goes "uhhhh.. mom, how did she get in the house, she was just barking on the porch?"

Somehow. Something teleported this dog into the house. I have absolutely no idea how. No windows or doors were open and even my child knew she was outside. No one moved. No one let her in.

I thought I was losing my mind. And now.. here it's happened again, to someone else. Again. I commented on another person's post a few months back.. same situation.

That was the only logical answer I could come up with. I could see all the doors from where I was sitting and there was no way she could get in through a window.

In local indigenous lore, they are called tricksters and they mimick what we know and love. However, in this specific case - the dog outside was not an imposter, nor was the dog inside the imposter.

Somehow, a third party spirit moved her from one spot to another. Most likely out of annoyance of her barking incessantly.

You're silly and you're not listening. The dog was outside, I let her out myself. When she came back to the door to be let in, I was sitting on the other side of it. That was my dog, barking to be let in and I didn't do it immediately. I made her wait.

When I made the choice to let her in, she was still barking on the other side of the door up until the point I touched the doorknob. And then she was no longer outside, she was then inside the home.

There's no impersonating or mistakes made here. It is a very straightforward incident with a logical, fact based approach that you're injecting false narrative into based on your own personal religious opinions. Don't misconstrue my story.

While I don't agree with the person trying to push their views, they can be spiritual without being religious. Also, take into account that you called a dog teleporting a logical and fact based approach while downing someone talking about paranormal matters regarding mimicks. Actually, I was not staring at my phone. I was on my laptop, with it on my lap, and I was in the course of a very long winded comment that had to do with disability. So I was locked in on finishing my writing before tending to the dog.

I honestly think this is where things went strange. I was totally locked in, responding to a thread that had me emotionally involved. But at the end of typing it all, instead of hitting send, I deleted everything I wrote.

Doing that act, I believe, shifted me to another timeline entirely. And the only thing that was affected by the shunt to the next path was the dog.. and she got dropped into the house to assume the correct path. Just like people describe getting into a car accident, thinking they died, and they come out unharmed.

And yes, I'm absolutely going to get defensive over being told that it was a demon mimick when very clearly this was not a situation where the dog was just in the house all that time and then the mimick was barking at my door. I absolutely know I put the dog out and she was at the door barking for me to let her in. There is only 2 inches of a door between me and the animal I can clearly hear barking to come in.

I know I put the dog out. I know I did not let the dog in. These are immutable facts. I have witnesses. In no position is there room for this to be a mimick - I'm not going to skew my fact and truth to suit the mindset of someone who perceives all paranormal instances as demons and angels.

That particular dog? No. The dog I have now though? She will 'chase' things that aren't there, bark madly at the roof with nothing on it.

And then, just a few days ago, the "thumpbangs" started. We had a limb break, hit the roof and roll off. No damage, but it was audibly startling. Now it's happening daily. Except there's no wood to be found anywhere to have caused it.

I call them my 'Neighbors', they live in the trees. It's some crazy shit that I thought I dreamed up as a kid with an active imagination - but hallucinations aren't a shared experience. And once other folks started mentioning it, I started to take note. I have an insanely rich paranormal history. lol

This happens with me and my cats a few times. I am a crazy cat lady, I have 5 cats. But I know what they all look like. Well here's why I say that, a few times I'll put food down for lunch or fill the water bowl, they all come to get some food or fresh cool water. I swear I see them all eating, in the kitchen. While they are eating I would go do a chore that I can't get done with them around me, so I go to the other room to do it. Right there on the couch is one of my cats looking all happy and like just woke up, then it headed to the kitchen for its food. Because it went for it's food, I know it hadn't eaten yet. This has happened a few times. Guess that's what makes me the CRAZY cat lady.

Oh my goodness, this same exact thing happened to me a few weeks ago! I was at my parents’ house and I the dog out and sat back down in the kitchen. She started barking to get back in and I thought my sister was going to let her in because she was right next to the door, so I continued eating. Next thing I know I turned around and she was behind me in the kitchen! I asked my sister if she let her in and she said no and I said how did she get in?! She thought maybe I didn’t actually let her out but I knew I did. I just thought I was crazy and didn’t actually let her out even though I remembered getting up and open g the back door for her. Crazy to see a similar experience here!!

something that will always bother me is when i was a kid my mom and dad were separated, and my dad lived 2.5 hours away. one night i went to bed but i didn’t fall asleep, i blinked and it was day and i was in my bed at my dads in my day clothes from his house. my mom said i was asleep for the trip but years later confessed she had no idea how i got to my dads that day (she believes in this stuff, me idk)

it was really unlike her or my dad to let me sleep that long, nor was i that heavy of a sleeper. they had also never before and never after changed my clothes while i was asleep like that, and why would they choose day clothes if i was still going to sleep until morning? 😵‍💫

I’ve been seeing a bright flash out of the corner of my eye the past week. At least three times. It’s really weird. I don’t know what the hell it could be. Also, last year I needed a certain tool to open the back of my dryer. I knew I had the right tool somewhere but after walking all over my house looking everywhere for about an hour I couldn’t find it. I was just about to have on Amazon and just buy a new one and just give up looking for it. I walked through this walkway right between this back room and my dining room that I’d literally walked through 75,000 times during that hour looking for the tool, and there it was sitting right there in the middle of the walkway on the floor! Like it literally appeared out of nowhere! So wild!

Me and the dog seen it, squirrel hit the floor I shout GET IT, dogs looking confused, squirrel is confused, terrified, I'm thinking wtf no this isn't a drill lmao, dog launches off the bed at it it's still got that wtf look all over it, trying to scitter this way scatter that way and boom hits the smallest crack in the door and gone. Latest portal happened to a kitten that wandered under an armoire and was screaming , me and mama cat were focused, trying to look under and see where tf it went, the cries crescendoed, then it appeared behind us completely meowing normally. Both mama cat and I snapped our heads around, then looked at each other in the eyes, feeling the same ‘wtf just happened’ and then she started anxious licking her paw and I stared at the ceiling for a while…

Earlier in the year I was playing VR and realized one of our cats was in the room. They are generally kept out when playing to avoid accidently stepping on one or whatever. Anyway, I scooped the fella up and placed him outside the room, by the stairs. The cat and I were making eye contact as the door shut behind him. I went back to playing VR, but about five minutes later I felt some fur brush up against my ankles. I removed the headset to find the same cat there once again. I realize I must've left the bathroom door open that connects to the room. However, as I go to close it I find it too was shut. There were no other points of entry. I stood there in disbelief for a minute or two, eventually left with no choice but to continue on with things. I still don't have an explanation.
