Im a pretty avid DC reader. Interested in branching out and reading some other stuff for a bit cause i genuinely enjoy graphic novels and comics. Im gonna get a membership for like a month for Globalcomix cause i dont want to spend too much money and i already pay for dc infinite. What should i use that time to read on there? Could be top shelf stuff or some hidden gem. I enjoy most anything thats quality and good. Im not a stickler for genre. I want to get a little list put up before i buy.

Article today on PopVerse saying 3 year deal has run its course and Image will be pulled from Global…. Not great.

how does it work exactly? do i need gold for it?

if i buy gold do i also need to purchase the volumes i want individually?

can i download them to my pc?

..and oh, just for disclaimer purposes: The images here are AI-assisted, then photoshoped. Everything else, the sketches/layouts, script and letters are all human made.

Does anyone have any details on their acquisition as I just discovered that?

title

Don't know what flair to put...so...here, I guess :D

Is it just me or it's gone, mannn after CK this one gave me hope and I loved the comments. Not again dammmnnn it 😭😭😭😭

Hi, I just downloaded the app a few days ago and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations?

I like superhero’s, fantasy and sci-fi so very broad range.

Some of my comic pages are still loading even after release please help. Thank you🙏🙏

I noticed that any Vault comics I clicked on show gold ends September 14. I haven't seen anything about it elsewhere so I was wondering if they are leaving or just going á la carte.

Basically as the title says, could it possible to implement an option to notify followers for the activity tab? The series we're working on takes a fair amount of time to complete each chapter so we've split them in halves, followers or shelved readers not getting updated when additions are added to already published chapters hurts engagement.

Think it would be a win - win, no? Allows indie developers to ensure they're growing audience is able to catch up and keep up to date, while giving users the ability to unfollow if they're not interested in the updates.

Every year, DC honors its most popular character, Batman, with one concentrated, specialized, and nearly Hallmark-ified day called, fittingly enough, Batman Day. Launched initially back in 2014 to celebrate the hero's 7th anniversary, it has become a tentpole event with DC (and parent company Warner Bros. Discovery) extending it to the Warner Bros. Pictures backlot, theme parks, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and more. But for Batman Day 2026, DC is recentering it on the proverbial Batcave of Batman: your local comic shop.

"... we want to create something to celebrate Batman Day that really makes the fans celebrate in comic shops," says an unnamed representative from DC during a closed-door event for comic shops during Comic-Con International: San Diego 2026. "So we want them to give you an exclusive product that can only be gotten at the comic stores featuring our hottest properties."

For Batman Day 2026, DC is publishing a rare crossover comic teaming up Batman with the hit variant that's the best-selling comic book in modern history, Absolute Batman. Batman of Two Worlds features two separate but complementary stories by the lead writers of both the Absolute Batman series and the flagship Batman series. These days, Absolute Batman routinely sells roughly half a million copies for each issue, and his crossover would certainly make it an even bigger hit for comic shops, digital comics platforms, bookstores, and elsewhere.

But no, this Batman of Two Worlds comic will be exclusively available to comic shops, and at a distinctly low price of $2.99. So that means it won't be available on Amazon, any big box retailers, and also any digital comics platforms including (but not limited to) DC's own DC Universe Infinite.

I started a chapter that was posted in r/comics and then I followed their link back to where they host their series. I started from the beginning and must have read a dozen chapters but then I just left the tab open in the back burner on my phone. I must've cleared tabs and lost it at some point...

The series follows a fantasy/medieval-ish land that has a city center with a king. On the outskirts zombies started attacking the farmers. The king sends out one of his \*very\* capable "guards". Its a special type of organization that \*\*HAS\*\* to do anything request requested of them by anyone that lives in the kingdom just as if the king requested. Its their creed.

So, she's a capable warrior and the king sends her alone BUT requests her to find this lizard-man to help cause he owes the king one. She finds the lizard-man and hes \*far more\* capable than her in combat despite her skill. But he's also cast out from society cause he doesn't understand human customs.

Lizard-man is found getting kicked out of town somewhere they help each other in a fight and he joins the quest. They go to the outskirts of the kingdom.

Come to find, when people die they just \*automatically\* reanimate as zombies for some reason. So they all get very quickly sealed away in tombs. But many have been opened. They make very quick work of the zombies and reseal them. They find some clues as to who did it in the process.

They go back to the city. The king recognizes these clues but doesnt reveal yet... They have a party. Then during the party a group of like 7 background villains show up and fire bomb the party! A massive attack!

They fight them off. A man with a mask is leading the group and has bigger plans. The king sends off the female warrior again alone. Lizard-man spots her and follows her bugging her about human customs and divulges details about lizard-man life across the ocean on an island.

And... Thats all I've got.... No googling. No chatgpt has helped me. (And I'm shadowbanned in r/comics for making a singular comment teasing about the lewd comics posted.)

The comic is too underground and I was just hoping someone else has read some of it and it'd ring a bell for anyone...

As question asks? Does anyone here have a membership, seems cheap at £6 a month but is the service worth it?

Many thanks.

I don’t necessarily have a favorite, I really like implementing fun side characters that bounce dialogue off the main characters well. So I really love all the characters that have been/will be established.

If I were to pick as of now, it would definitely be The Visitor from my webcomic The Vigil!

He’s a mix between the Hulk and the Beast (though not evil lmao). He has the power of a brute but the mind of a scholar. Not to spoil too much but he has his own emotional arc dealing with his sense of self and his place in this evolving world.

Hi, This is Teddy. Does anyone has this problem?I read the comic on my other profile where I don't publish and it's still stuck?Where they get a release and the issue is stuck on 0 views or is it just a "me" problem🥲.Does anyone know I released another issue or is my system completely normal and people didn't see it...yet. Let me know. Thank you!💖

It looks like something made with google ai studio. I miss the old one so much
