Looking for a 65" 4K TV under ₹80k for an open living room layout, and I'm stuck between choosing a VA or IPS/ADS panel.

The main couch is straight-on at 14 ft, but our dining table sits at a 45°–50° off-center angle with a direct view of the TV.

Most high-contrast QLEDs in this budget use VA panels. On-paper specs claim 178° viewing angles, but in reality, contrast and saturation drop fast off-center. For people who own a 65" VA TV: how bad is the washout at ~45° for casual cricket or news while eating? Is it unwatchable, or is a full-motion swivel mount a practical fix? Or should I just give up dark-room contrast and get an IPS/ADS panel instead?

I currently have an M21 to exchange. Flipkart is offering ₹2,700 for it, while Amazon is offering between ₹1,300 and ₹3,910.
