So I want to buy a laptop for coding. I don't want a dedicated graphics card. A 16 gb ram laptop would be really helpful.

I want suggestions to buy laptop in range 40k to 70k. But a want it for short-term like for 3 years because after that I want to buy from my money so would it be more cheap to buy a second or a first hand.

I am buying laptop for personal use. I am a civil engineer who works on MS office and auto-cad software.
I visted chroma and they suggested following:
