Brace yourself, there are many of such nights ahead. Especially now when the orange imbecile finally found a way to help russians

Do you think so?

Do you think people in hotels are coping better? Eg just Hilton intercontinental

Yes, unfortunately it will be a harsh autumn and winter.

Hotels usually have underground parking lots or shelters, so in that regard it might be better, if that's your concern. On the other hand, russians being russians, a hotel might very well be a target...

I recommend adopting stoicism, that way you won't need a Hilton :)

there was a case when a rocket hit the groumd floor/basement of the resident building; people in the basement shelter were affected :(
not to say that the shelter is bad, it's just that it does not guarantee 100% safety

Or do something useful, like volunteer. Or donate to aid orgs and volunteers. Get active politically and advocate for meaningful support.

Ten people actually doing the work beats one thousand people praying for Ukraine.

Yeah I think we’re past the stage of prayers lol
