TIPS AND TRICK Reminder to clean fans
This is after 6 months of travelling Australia, it caused it to crash and go over 95+ degrees. Work's perfect after cleaning :)

Amen, was wondering why my temps were in the mid 80s. Cleaned the fan, boom down to to the 60s at same load.

The small amount of cat hair is from back home, I cleaned it a week before I left. I think the places we are staying must be dusty af

That’s so much dust for 6 months of use. Were you visiting lint factories? /s

Same as me back home with the cats, it didn't get nearly this bad. I get to see them next week, been too long

How careful must you be to open it up to get to the fan? Worried ill break it

It's super ez. Take out the 6 screws then lift up the kickstand and take a pick and put it between the indent part it's in the center. And slid the pick around the edges.
Here's a YouTube video. I just watched real quick and saw he don't pry like I did but you can follow how I did it or the video. It's really not that difficult.

That sucks, I bought a tool kit off amazon with plastic prying tools. Gotta so gentle

Mine also got like this pretty quickly. In the year and a half I’ve owned it I’ve had to clean it up three times. I’m considering DYI-ing some dust filters to put behind the rear vents.
