I’ve noticed as I’ve got older just how much kids make me smile.
When I was younger I never really thought much about it, but now I’m nearly 30 I find their innocence really heartwarming.
Funny how that changes with age, haha.
Went to yoga for the first time the other day. Teacher said to get on your knees for child pose. As I went down my knees clicked so loud 6 people dove for cover to escape the gunfire
Not you turning a peaceful yoga class into an action movie in the first five minutes. Those knees said nobody’s getting through this wellness journey without a little drama.
