Went into Cryo Archive with a blue shield, found a purple with level up. Took it into Perimeter solos and exfilled and got a SPECTRE ARMOR. I thought it would be a normal gold shield, which I was already stoked about. gg

What I’m curious about is when the effect recurs. So I fire it once, for instance. Is there a counter of some sort that triggers and keeps it from happening again for x amount of time, or does it work exactly like it says - any trigger pull?

Normally I’d take it at face value, but that’s burned me a number of times in this game. Bungie can be weird with their wording.

The D54 is what got me thinking. If it works just like the description states, it seems like the D54 would be a great application for it.
