Anyone ever try homemade enteric coated kefir pills?

I’m wondering if there might be additional benefits to taking kefir in pill form.

You could try freezing the kefir grains and then putting them in capsules, but I think the stomach acid would still break them down before they reach where they need to go. enteric coating at home is tricky, you need the right pH-sensitive polymer and most people don't have that just lying around

if you manage to do it, let us know how it turns out

True, I could fill them with grains! The right PH sensitive polymer for the capsule structure? I just assumed they were all sold to withstand the acid
